Dial the VoiceAccess ™ telephone number from any phone. After a brief introduction you will be presented with a list of options. To get your checking balance you may say:

"Account Information" or press "1"

You may "say", or "Press" the appropriate option at any time.

After you have made your selelction, you will be asked to enter your account number and security code. By "voice", say each number! Listen to your account balance!
