Dial the VoiceAccess™ telephone number from any phone. After a brief introduction you will be presented with a list of options. To get your checking balance you may say: "Account Information" or press "1"

You may "say" or "Press" the appropriate option at any time. Say: "Checking" or press "1"

After you have made your selection, you will be asked to enter your account number and security code. By "voice", say each number. Listen to your account balance.
